Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how our vehicle recovery, towing and transport services are arranged and provided. By requesting a quote, booking a recovery or using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

Last updated: June 2026

1. About Our Services

We provide vehicle recovery, towing and transport services for cars, vans, motorcycles and electric vehicles. Services may include breakdown recovery, accident recovery, vehicle towing, local recovery and longer-distance vehicle transport.

We are not an annual breakdown membership provider and we do not provide the same type of roadside repair cover as organisations such as the RAC, AA or Green Flag. Our service is focused on safely recovering, towing or transporting vehicles to an agreed destination.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the details provided at the time of enquiry, including the vehicle type, collection location, drop-off location, vehicle condition, access, distance and the recovery or transport required.

Local recovery may start from £70, but the final price can vary depending on the job details. A quote will be confirmed before the recovery or transport is arranged. If the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, the price may need to be updated.

3. Booking A Recovery Or Transport Job

A booking is confirmed once the recovery details, destination, quote and availability have been agreed. We may ask for key information such as the vehicle registration, make and model, vehicle condition, collection postcode, destination postcode and access details.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is available for collection, keys are accessible where needed and the collection and drop-off locations are suitable for recovery or transport.

4. Arrival Times

We aim to respond as quickly as possible, especially for local recovery jobs. Estimated arrival times are given in good faith and may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, distance, driver availability, vehicle type and the recovery required.

We cannot guarantee an exact arrival time, but we will aim to keep you updated if there are delays.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or booking a recovery. This includes the vehicle’s condition, location, access issues and any known damage or faults.

  • Make sure the vehicle can be accessed safely.
  • Tell us if the vehicle cannot move, does not start or has accident damage.
  • Tell us about height barriers, locked gates, narrow roads, parking restrictions or difficult ground conditions.
  • Remove personal belongings where possible before transport.
  • Ensure someone is available with the keys if required.

6. Safety & Access

Recovery or transport may not be possible if the location is unsafe, access is unsuitable or the vehicle is in a position that cannot be recovered safely with the equipment available.

If the vehicle is on a motorway, live carriageway or dangerous road position, your safety comes first. Move away from traffic if it is safe to do so and contact emergency services first if there is immediate danger or injury.

7. Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Depending on the job, payment may be required before recovery starts, at collection or before delivery. The agreed payment method must be completed as requested.

If payment is not made as agreed, the recovery or transport job may be delayed, refused or cancelled.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, you should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply if a driver has already been dispatched, arrived at the collection location or started the job.

If we arrive and the vehicle is not available, the location is incorrect, access is not possible or the job cannot proceed because of missing information, a call-out or cancellation charge may apply.

9. Vehicle Condition & Existing Damage

Customers should tell us about any existing damage, mechanical issues, missing parts, tyre problems, steering faults, locked wheels, accident damage or warning lights before recovery is arranged.

We take care when handling vehicles, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, loose parts, personal belongings left inside the vehicle or issues caused by inaccurate information provided before collection.

10. Personal Belongings

Customers should remove valuable or personal belongings from the vehicle before recovery or transport where possible. We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle unless agreed in writing before collection.

11. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, severe weather, road closures, accidents, police instructions, incorrect customer details, inaccessible vehicles, unavailable keys or other events outside our control.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of the service, please contact us as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed. Please provide your name, contact details, booking information and a clear description of the issue.

13. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page and will apply from the date shown above.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to these terms or the services provided will be dealt with under the courts of England and Wales.
